“I have the feeling that before the pandemic the promise of a future was standing on the edge. Nowadays, this unpredictable event is going to change everything, new chances and great expectations are going to come for the future generation. 3 years ago it was crystal clear for the writer and analyst Paolo Giordano what was happening wordwide. In several public speeches he simply underlined that we are not to be considered single beings, but part of a global universe which forces us to realize the presence of “the others” in our personal lives and choices.
Paolo Giordano is a writer, he was awarded Premio Strega in 2008, he currently works as a columnist at Corriere della Sera. His recent essay “Nel contagio” includes some considerations about our age and the future.
